More than 70 guests have joined the 'warm-up'-reception at the office of BRUHN SHIPBROKERS in the afternoon , just before the huge "Eisbein-Essen"-Dinner. With participants from all sectors of the shipping scene, all business-friends of the host, it was again a perfect opportunity to meet and chat in a more intimate atmosphere – and enjoy the wonderful view over the Lake Alster!

For the first time a 'Shipping Dragon Boat Race' took place in Hamburg and it was a big success. More than 130 shipbrokers in 10 Dragon Boats ambitiously competed for the championship and an impressive golden trophy. After the sports everyone spent an entertaining barbecue-evening at the famous 'Bobby Reich' pier. This event was initiated and organised by Mrs. Daniela Corleis (Pool Carriers) and Mr. Sven Strohschein (Hanse Bereederung).
